Store Manager Roles

Our retail manager positions include Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Store Managers

Our Store Managers are pivotal in achieving our business objectives. They have complete responsibility for everything that happens in their store. Leading and motivating a team, ensuring store standards are first class and that the store, stock and people are in place to deliver the customer experience people expect from Early Learning Centre.

Assistant Store Managers

Our Assistant Store Managers work in our larger stores to support both the Store Manager and the team to run the business. They deputise for the Store Manager in key parts of their role and work with the team to ensure the store can deliver its objectives. These roles are great development opportunities for those looking to take a step towards store management and wanting the support to take that step.
