ELC Senior Sales - High Wycombe

MAIN PURPOSE

• To support the store manager in meeting or exceeding the store sales target
• To work with the store manager to achieve Brand Standard in customer service and selling
• To work with the store manager to achieve Brand Standard in product presentation and
  

  merchandising

• To contribute to the team effort by working as a productive and supportive team member.

KEY TASKS

1. To assist the management team in maintaining all areas of store operations to the required standard, in the manager's absence.
2. To support the management team in delivering the required standards of merchandising, presentation, housekeeping, customer service and promotional activity.
3. To supervise staff within the store in the manager's absence.
4. To implement any promotional activity in the manager's absence.
5. To monitor Health & Safety practises, thereby ensuring that the store provides a safe and healthy working environment, through periodic checks and risk assessments, following all legal obligations with regards to Health and Safety and Safe Working practices.
