Early Learning Centre develops toys that are about creating engagement and fun but in a way that makes the parent as happy as the child, because play is hugely important to rounded development. Our aim is to help parents help the child to grow into the rounded, self confident person they can be.

We have challenging plans to grow our business - by expanding into Mothercare stores, and through rapid growth internationally thanks to the retail infrastructure which Mothercare already has in over 40 countries.

To help us deliver on our ambitions we need great people. People who are passionate about giving children a great "play" experience, who own issues, who pull together to make our business better and deliver exceptional performance day after day.
